Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that you love your purchase from Cherrythreads However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help you through a smooth exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange
.You are eligible for an exchange if:
.There is a size issue.
.You received an incorrect item.
.There is a manufacturing defect or any mistake from our side.
We do not offer refunds only exchanges are allowed.
How to Process an Exchange

Contact Us First:
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Exchanges requested after 7 days will unfortunately not be entertained. -
Send the Item Back:
The item must be sent back to the return address mentioned on your parcel’s packaging. You are responsible for covering the delivery charges when sending the item back. -
Courier Details:
Once you’ve dispatched the item, please share the courier slip or tracking number with us via WhatsApp or email. This helps us keep track and prepare your replacement in advance. -
We’ll Handle the Rest:
After we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will dispatch the replacement. The charges for sending the replacement item will be covered by us.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If the size you want in exchange is not available, you may choose another article of the same or higher value by paying the difference.
Timeline
Once we receive your returned parcel and verify everything, your replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
